Project Updates

Love Our Schools Day- September 30th

My name is Kaleb and I am the project leader for Skyline High School. I would like to welcome you to the Love Our Schools Day team, we are pumped to have you!

You signed up for the PAINTING project at SKYLINE HIGH SCHOOL. If you have any questions when you arrive on Saturday, September 30th please direct them to me. We will have a quick meeting with everyone at 7:45 am to start the day and then we’ll disburse to our specific projects, so please be on time.

Here are some important details for this upcoming Saturday:

Time to Arrive: 7:45 am
Where to Park: Parking lot in front of the Admin Office
Where to Meet: Stairs in front of the Admin Office
What to Bring: Painting Clothes and Shoes, Work Gloves and Water*

*Most schools have water fountains, but we may not have access to that part of the school. Please be prepared with your own.

We’re estimating that each project will take a few hours. Some may go faster, and some slower. Each school has given us a project scope that we will stay within. There will be school representatives on site, but I will coordinate any audibles with our team.

This is a great opportunity to serve as a family. If you’re bringing children with you, please keep an eye on them, and with you at all times. There will be no childcare on site.

In the East Valley alone, we are doing 14 projects across 5 school campuses, so you will be making a BIG impact in our local community. As you can imagine, there are a lot of moving parts, so please stay patient. We are looking forward to seeing you this Saturday!

Thank you for serving!
